How to Apply

Applications are currently closed. Please check back in March 2025. If accepted, the youth commit to a 4-Week Summer Intensive, and monthly Saturday meetings throughout the school year. After the first year, the youth are invited back to participate yearly until they graduate from high school.

Dates and Location

  • New Member Training: June, 8:30 am - 12:00 pm

  • Summer Intensive: July, Mon. - Thurs., 8:30am - 12:00pm

  • School Year Meetings: Monthly on Saturdays from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Details

  • Applicants should live and/or go to school in Davidson County

  • Applicants should be rising 9th-11th graders

  • Starting pay is $12/hour and increases $1 each year

  • Summer Intensive location is Belmont University’s O’More College of Architecture

  • School year meeting location is Civic Design Center office

  • Action project location is determined by Summer research portion
